Skills: Kelly has had numerous skills hardwired into her brain and body during the cloning process, leaving her more skilled than typical for a person of her evident age. She is a natural athlete, with an especial fondness for freerunning and complex acrobatics. She is a well trained martial artist, able to keep up with some of the best in the field. Her real talent is with marksmanship - she is highly gifted with firearms of all sorts.
Powers: Kelly isn't a mutant or natural superhuman of any sort, she's a clone composed of DNA from Deadpool and Domino, and possesses a Weapon-X altered mix of their DNA.
Kelly possesses a blend of the powers of those who provided her genetic material. She possesses a proportional healing factor that mainly focuses on keeping her brain cancer in check, but responds to other wounds based on their severity. A normally deadly wound or severed limb might take only a few seconds to heal, while individual, small wounds may take a matter of hours. (Nicholas has beaten her in training exercises through 'death by a thousand cuts' repeatedly, few others can match her skill long enough to take good advantage).
Additionally, she possesses an unconscious probability manipulation. Normally she's simply a well trained combatant, sniper and agent. But presented with the impossible, be it a one in a million shot, breaking into the completely impregnable facility, etc., the odds shift drastically in her favor.
Like her father, her healing factor being constantly at work repairing her brain cells makes her virtually impossible to telepathically scan, and only momentary impressions can be gained.
Finally, her strength and agility are slightly superhuman, on the range of lifting about a ton, and able to casually copy Olympic gymnastics routines. Her stamina is even greater - as with her 'father', she's a human Energizer Bunny, especially in that she never seems to quit talking.

History: Kelly has almost no real history. She was created, raised and trained by Weapon X to be one of their operatives. Loyalty to the program was wired into her diseased mind. She served the program for almost four years before a chance encounter with Leech led to her breaking her programming, admittedly while almost dying of brain cancer in the process. She has gone mercenary since, working for Rose Red at any number of tasks.

Personality: Kelly almost entirely lacks an 'edit' button. What she thinks, she says, and she's almost constantly chattering - and frequently very disturbing while she's at it. Without any kind of normal upbringing, there was also no attempt to help her fit into polite society, and she remains very much a creature of her impulses. She is utterly fixated on guns - she has no interest in a person if they can't demonstrate some competence with firearms.
Despite all of this, she is a deadly agent. She reads her assignments, knows military time and coordinates, and can follow orders to a 'T', a fact which can occasionally surprise some people, because she certainly doesn't act half as professional as she really is.

Miscellaneous: The scientists couldn't eliminate the cancer ravaging Deadpool's body entirely, but did manage to cut it back somewhat. Kelly has severe brain cancer which her healing factor keeps in check. If her powers are negated or even limited, she will collapse almost instantly until her powers are restored. A week or more without her powers would be terminal.
