Powers:
Amiko's mutation involves directing heat from her fingertips into the immediate air or a focused surface and direction. Her best tricks with this include very temporarily heating a blade to cut through something more easily, affecting air currents, and the use of 'heat darts,' small focused collections of heat which she can 'throw' to cause minor pain or damage.
History:
When you're dying, it's reasonable to make someone promise to make sure your little girl is okay. If that person is Logan, he will definitely work on making sure she's okay. In Amiko's case, he laid claim to the little girl orphaned by dragon attack and set her up to live with his fiancee, Mariko. That was a lovely few years that Amiko still remembers tenderly. When Mariko died, she went through a few unfortunate situations before Logan arranged for his old friend/former enemy-with-benefits, Yukio, to take her under her wing, with some lingering financial support from Kenuicho Harada under a gentlemen's agreement.
Amiko's learned a lot over the years. She has a college degree in business, and she could theoretically cut a man into paper dolls.
Amiko tends to feel awkward about visiting America, so she's always preferred that Logan come to Japan instead, and she does write often.
